Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr. Bronek Masojada, a Director, has exercised options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme ("Options") and sold ordinary 5 55/89p shares ("Shares") in the Company, as detailed below:

·      On 28 November 2013 Mr. Bronek Masojada exercised 74,788 Options at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 681.824p each. 

·      On 29 November 2013 Mr. Bronek Masojada exercised a further 71,454 Options at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 680p each.
