Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 5 December 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 115,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 577.1847 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 462,067,086 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
