DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Software Radio Technology plc has been notified that Andrew Lapping, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today acquired 37,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in SRT at a price of 26 pence per share for his SIPP.  Following the acquisition, Mr. Lapping is interested in 1,218,080 ordinary shares, representing 1.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
