On 27 November 2013, the Company was informed that:

·           following the acquisition of 60,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 79 pence each on 27 November 2013, Mr Harry Ansell and his immediate family are legally and beneficially interested in 715,000 Shares, representing approximately 3.02% of the issued share capital and voting rights in the Company; and

·           following a disposal of Shares, Rathbone Nominees Limited as nominee for Mr A Stone, no longer have a disclosable interest in the share capital of the Company.
