Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today informed of the following share purchases made by John Hofmeister, a non-executive Director:

On 10 September 2013, Mr Hofmeister purchased 221 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 836.5p. Following this, on 11 September 2013 Mr Hofmeister purchased 4,779 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 848.0p.

Following this transaction, John Hofmeister has a beneficial holding of 10,000 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC.
