Director's Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that John Standen, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, has today purchased 5,575 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 152p each. In addition, Mr Standen's wife, Mrs K M Standen has also purchased 5,575 Ordinary Shares at a price of 152p each.

Following these purchases, Mr Standen is now interested in a total of 41,094 Ordinary Shares, equal to 1.76% of the issued share capital of the Company. Of these shares, Mr Holden holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name, 10,000 Ordinary Shares are held by his wife, and 21,094 are held by Leapacross Ltd, a company of which Mr Standen is a director and the majority shareholder.
