Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 28 November 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 110,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 597.9508 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 462,591,883 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
