Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 26 November 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 120,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 597.0909 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 462,781,883 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
