EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by RBC cees Limited, the trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 21 November 2013 the Trust completed the purchase of 8,900 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,502p each.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 251,072 Ordinary Shares representing 1.88% of the Company's current voting rights.

The Directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Ordinary Shares held in the Trust.
