Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Richard Watson, a Director, has exercised options and sold the resulting ordinary 5 55/89p shares ("Shares") in the Company in a series of transactions as detailed below:

·      On 19 November 2013 Mr Watson exercised 11,024 options under the UK Approved Share Option Scheme and 24,950 options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 151.4p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 679.970p each.

·      On 20 November 2013 Mr Watson exercised a further 73,175 Options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 151.4p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 662.614p each.

·      On 21 November 2013 Mr Watson exercised a further 16,784 Options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 151.4p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 666.998p each.

As a result of the above transactions Mr Watson has sold a total of 125,933 Shares in the Company.
