Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2013 ("2013 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 14 November 2013.

The AGM is to be held at 11:00am on 10 December 2013 at Lynx Business Park, Fordham Road, Snailwell, Newmarket, Cambridgeshire CB8 7NY.
