DIRECTORATE CHANGE Domino's Pizza Group plc ("Domino's" or the "Company") today announces the appointment of Sean Wilkins as Chief Financial Officer Designate and David Wild as Non-Executive Director of the Company.  Sean will take up his executive responsibilities as CFO Designate with effect from 18 November 2013 and David will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Sean Wilkins is an international Finance Director having worked in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia. Most recently he held the role of General Manager (Supermarkets Finance) of Coles Group PTY Limited in Australia. He also previously held the roles of Finance Director (Malaysia), and Finance, Strategy and International Director of Telecoms at Tesco Plc.  Before this, Sean was Chief Financial Officer of O2 Asia Pacific & Middle East (part of Telefonica Europe PLC), Vice President of Investment Banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (Hong Kong) and was Head of Asia Pacific and Strategic Markets, International Finance at BT Group plc in Singapore and London. Sean will work closely with the Company's current Chief Financial Officer, Lee Ginsberg, until formal handover following Lee's retirement at the Company's annual general meeting in 2014. David Wild is Senior Independent Director of the remuneration committee at Premier Foods plc.  He has previously held senior positions at Halfords Group plc, Walmart Stores Inc., Tesco Stores Plc and RHM Foods Limited.  David brings with him a wealth of knowledge of operating in the European community and strong food brand experience. In accordance with L.R. 9.6.15, the Company confirms that no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to L.R. 9.6.13.
