DIRECTORATE CHANGE

GoldStone (AIM: GRL), the AIM quoted company focused on gold exploration in West and Central Africa, is pleased to announce the appointment of Benjamin Hill as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.  Bill Geier has stepped down from the Board also with immediate effect.

Benjamin Charles Hill, who is 41, is General Manager, Markets and Strategy, at Unity Mining Limited ("Unity"), which is the Company's largest shareholder.  Prior to joining Unity in 2010, he was Business Strategy Manager at Patrick Container Ports and previously held various positions at GM Holden Limited.  Bill Geier has left his position as Chief Financial Officer of Unity.

Mr. Hill has confirmed that there is no further information to be disclosed in accordance with the requirements of Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
