The Company was notified yesterday that Linda Hudson, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, disposed of 95,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc on 12 November 2013 at a price of 450.9015 pence per share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
