Edward Bonham Carter to be appointed a Non-Executive Director

of Land Securities Group plc

Jupiter Fund Management plc ("Jupiter", "the Company") announces that Edward Bonham Carter, Group Chief Executive, is to join the Board of Land Securities Group plc as a Non-Executive Director.

The appointment will take effect from 1 January 2014 and it is anticipated that he will join Land Securities Group plc's Remuneration Committee.
