Dividend Declaration

Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc, the international group of architects and interior designers, is pleased to announce its return to paying a dividend.

In our Chairman's statement in January of this year he said that "the board believes that the group is now well placed to achieve improving profitability and as a result, in the medium term, return to the payment of dividends".

Having considered the group's performance for 2013 and its net funds position, which stood at £1,080,000 at 30 September 2013 (2012: £326,000), the board has approved the payment of an interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 September 2013 of 0.1p per share. The board is not intending to make any further payments in respect of the year ending 30 September 2013. 

Whilst the board is committed to the long term payment of dividends to its shareholders it is also cognisant that the group operates in a cyclical market place and as such will reflect on the level of dividend payment at each reporting time that is consistent with the medium term outlook of future group performance and the ongoing cash requirements of the business

The dividend will paid on 16 December 2013 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 December 2013.
