Fund raising

Worthington Group plc is in the process of a fundraising which should be completed within the next 2 weeks. When the fundraising is complete, the Company will be able to issue its accounts and therefore get the suspension of its shares lifted.

Further announcements regarding the Keighley property and the Pension Fund deficit will be forthcoming in due course.
