Electronic monitoring contracts

Serco Group plc (Serco), the international service company, today notes the announcement by the Director of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) that it has opened an investigation into the electronic monitoring contracts which commenced in 2005.

Serco confirms that it will cooperate fully with the SFO investigation.
