The British Land Company PLC ("the Company")

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 3,930,286 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 

It is expected that admission will be granted on 07 November 2013 with dealings commencing on 08 November 2013.

These shares will be issued in connection with the Company's Scrip Dividend payable on 08 November 2013.

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
