Admission for Listing and Trading

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for admission to trading and admission to the Official List of 1,474,742 ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each which were issued and allotted between 6 June 2012 and 26 June 2012.

The shares were issued to satisfy awards under a Long Term Senior Executive Incentive Plan and include 1,046,311 shares issued to executives and announced in a PDMR announcement on 18 June 2012. All of such shares which are the subject of the applications for admission and listing have been included in the total voting rights announcements since 29 June 2012.
