Cancellation of Trading on AIM

In accordance with Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies, admission of the Company's securities to AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7am on 1 November 2013. This follows the suspension of from trading of the Company's shares following failure to publish its audited financial accounts for the period ended 30 September 2012.

The Company is continuing discussions with an interested party with a view to the injection of a new business and will provide an update to shareholders in due course. Phil Jackson has stepped down as a director of the Company and John Botros has been appointed to oversee discussions in the hope that a transaction can be concluded.
