Director Shareholdings

The Company has been informed today that Simon Walther, Finance Director, has applied to invest £11,520 of his current shareholding in Ordinary Shares in an ISA.  The actual number of shares which will be transferred will depend on the price at the time the transfer is made but on the basis of the closing price on 29 October 2013, the number would be 5,774.  In addition, Mr Walther has transferred 7,601 Ordinary Shares to his wife, who has also applied to invest £11,520 of her shareholding in Ordinary Shares in an ISA.

Following these transactions, Mr Walther's interest and that of his connected persons in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 45,879, representing 0.11% of the total issued share capital of Cohort.
