Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 28 October 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 90,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 636.1417 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 464,442,021 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,777,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
