NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company") was notified on 23 October 2013 of transactions carried out by a director in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares"). This notice is being issued in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1) and DTR 3.1.5R.

Exercise of nil-cost options and sale of shares

On 23 October 2013, Peter Hetherington exercised a nil-cost option to acquire 10,660 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Value Sharing Plan following an award made in 2010, vesting in 2013. Following this transaction, Peter sold 10,660 Ordinary Shares for £6.16 pence per share.
