Director/PDMR Dealings

Hargreaves Services plc ("Hargreaves" or the "Company") has today received notification that Gordon Banham, CEO and Kevin Dougan, Group Commercial Director, have sold 880,000 and 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("shares"), respectively. Mr Banham sold on 22 October 710,000 shares at 890p per share and a further 170,000 shares at 900p per share today. Mr Dougan sold 100,000 shares at 900p per share today. The shares have been sold by both Directors as part of long term tax planning. Details of the transactions and the resultant beneficial holdings of Gordon Banham and Kevin Dougan are set out below:
