Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 23 October 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 85,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 617.6549 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 464,717,021 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
