Appointment of Jeremy Wilson as non-executive Director 

Tullow Oil plc is pleased to confirm, as announced on 18 September 2013, the appointment of Jeremy Wilson as a non-executive Director with effect from 21 October 2013.  Mr Wilson has also been appointed a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

There are no further disclosures required under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UKLA and 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange in respect of Mr Wilson to those disclosed in the announcement made on 18 September 2013.
