Blocklisting Application

The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of, 1,801,011 ordinary shares of 38 6/13p each to be admitted to the Official List. 

The block admission relates to ordinary shares that will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the following 4imprint Group plc Share Schemes - 4imprint Group plc 2012 Save As You Earn Share Option Plan, 4imprint Group plc 2011 Performance Share Plan and 4imprint Group plc 2001 Sharesave Scheme and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that admission will take place on Friday 18 October.
