NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)

In common with all eligible employees, directors and PDMRs were invited to participate in the Premier Foods plc 2013 Sharesave Scheme. The following options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted by the Company on 11 October 2013 at a price of 111.1p:
