Land Securities Group PLC scrip dividend

Land Securities Group PLC confirms that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for 1,394,003 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading, in relation to the operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the first interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2014, payable on

11 October 2013.  Dealings are expected to commence on 11 October 2013 and the shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

In accordance with the terms of the scrip dividend 1,394,003 ordinary shares are to be issued at a price of 920.10 pence per share.
