CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, was notified on 4 October 2013 that on that date, Mike McCollum, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 247.75 pence per share.
