CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, was notified that earlier today, Nick Perrin, the Company's Finance Director, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 247 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Nick Perrin is interested in 8,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.01 per cent in the total voting rights of the Company.
