SECURE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT & INVESTMENT plc (AIM:SPDI), announces that it received notification on 03 October 2013 that Lambros Anagnostopoulos, CEO of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of GBP 0,69 pence per share on 02 October 2013.

As a result of this trade Lambros Anagnostopoulos is now the beneficial shareholder of 24,000 shares representing 0.09% of the shares outstanding of the Company.
