In accordance with rule 5.1.2 of the Discolosure and Transparency Rules, the Company was notified on 30 September that Scopia Capital Management LLC indirectly holds 6.69% of the voting rights or voting rights equivalents in the Company.

Scopia Capital Management LLC indirectly holds 218,072 shares in the Company representing 0.08% of voting rights, and single equity swaps representing 18,812,870 share equivalents in the Company, 6.62% of voting rights equivalents.  Accordingly, in aggregate through its control of shares and single equity swaps, Scopia Capital Management LLC indirectly holds 6.69% of the voting rights or voting rights equivalents in the Company.
