PUBLICATION OF THE HAYS PLC ANNUAL REPORT & FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 2013 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that it has today published its 2013 Annual Report & Financial Statements and Notice of the Annual General Meeting.

The following documents have been sent to shareholders and have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

-     Hays plc Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2013

-     Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting and Circular to Shareholders

-     Proxy Form for the 2013 Annual General Meeting

The 2013 Annual Report & Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available on the Hays plc website at hays.com/investors.

The Company's 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Royal College of Physicians, 11 St Andrews Place, Regent's Park, London NW1 4LE on Wednesday 13 November 2013 at 12 noon.
