PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN ("PSP") AWARDS

The Company announces that shares awarded under the Company's 2010 PSP to its Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") partially vested as to 21.68% on 27 September 2013. The remaining balance of each PSP Award has lapsed. Details of the vesting and any subsequent share transactions are provided below:
