Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sound Oil has been notified that James Parsons, the Company's Chief Executive, today purchased  63,829 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.4 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Parsons' beneficial interest in the Company is now 263,366 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
