Appointment of Alternate Director

The Company announces that Dr Leonard S Polonsky has appointed his son, Mr Marc Polonsky, as his alternate director for Board meetings.  Such appointment is effective from meetings after 26th September 2013 and will remain valid until revoked by either Dr Leonard S Polonsky or Mr Marc Polonsky or Dr Leonard S Polonsky ceases to be a Director of the Company.  Mr Marc Polonsky shall be subject to annual re-election as an alternate director of the Company.

Mr Marc Polonsky is a partner of international law firm White & Case.  He is based in London, having lived and worked for 10 years (1998-2008) in Moscow.  He qualified as a solicitor in 1993.  He currently holds the following additional roles:-

·    trustee of the Polonsky Foundation, a UK registered charity which is also a major shareholder of the Company

·    a Governor of the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies

·    a member of the Board of the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute

·    a Director of the British Friends of the Hebrew University
