Princess Private Equity Holding Limited: Disclosure according to article 26,
section 1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act)
Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd received the following Voting Rights notifications according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG on 17 September 2013.
On 17 September 2013, Bayer-Pensionskasse Versicherungsverein auf Gegenseitigkeit has informed us according to Section 21 para.1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port, Guernsey, Great Britain, have risen above the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on 25 April 2007 and on that day amounted to 7.56% (this corresponds to 530'000 Voting Rights as at this date). According to Section 22 para. 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 7.56% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 530'000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Bayer-Pensionskasse Versicherungsverein auf Gegenseitigkeit.
