Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces that on 18 September 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 100,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 611.8459 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 467,103,915 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
