ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Company takes place on 19 September 2013. In respect of Resolution 9 being proposed at the Meeting, the Company wishes to clarify, for the avoidance of doubt, that any issue of new ordinary shares pursuant to Article 4.17 of the Articles will be at a price not less than the net asset value per share as close as practicable to the allotment or sale.
