The Company announces that 74,095 shares (including 9,875 dividend equivalent shares) awarded under the Company's PSP on 16 September 2010 to John Faraguna, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) vested on 16 September 2013. 

Details of the Company's PSP are disclosed in the Company 2013 Annual Report and Financial Statements.
