AGM STATEMENT

Colefax will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11am this morning and Alan Smith, Non-Executive Director, will make the following comment on current trading,

"The Group is about to enter its important autumn selling season. Since we announced our final results in July trading conditions in all our major markets have been broadly in line with expectations. In the US, which is our most important market, representing approximately 54% of the Fabric Division, sales for the four months to 31 August 2013 are up by 6% on a constant currency basis. In the UK, sales for the four months to 31 August are down by 2%. In Europe, sales for the four months to 31 August are up by 4% on a constant currency basis.
