Expansion of Aviation Services

Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster' of the 'Group'), the AIM listed supplier of system solutions and products to the security, defence, fire protection and safety markets worldwide, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its managed services business by acquiring the trade, trade name and website of GXS Aviation Ltd ('GXS') - www.gxs-aviation.com.

GXS was founded in 2002 by Mike Lord who has over 25 years' experience in the aviation business. Since incorporation GXS has grown into a diverse aviation services business and has certified status from the UK Department for Transport (DfT) providing aviation security consultancy services worldwide to existing and start-up airline and airport operations such as Air Canada, Zoom Airlines, Omni Air Transport, Servisair and Premiere Handling. Services include Security Operative and Supervisor training, Air Cargo training programmes for Level A - G, GSAT, Dangerous Goods Awareness and Triple A training courses together with services such as Aircraft Load Planning, Weight & Balance and Passenger Services.

Mike Lord has joined Westminster Aviation Security Services ("WASS") as Aviation Training Director and in consideration for transferring the business of GXS Mike Lord has been given an incentivised package including 30,000 share options in Westminster under the Share Option Scheme.
