Purchase of own shares

Camellia Plc ("the Company") announces that, in accordance with the authority granted by

shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2013, it has today purchased 308 of its

Ordinary Shares of 10p at a price of 8,437.8247 pence per share for cancellation.

This purchase of shares equates to 0.0011% of the Company's issued share capital and following the completion of the purchase the Company has 2,831,500 shares in

issue.
