Notice of General Meeting

The Company announces that it has today sent a circular to shareholders setting out a notice of general meeting. During the general meeting the Company will be seeking customary authority from shareholders to permit the Company to buy back its ordinary shares in the market. The General Meeting will be held at the offices of FTI Consulting, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB on 25 September 2013 at 12:00 noon.
