In line with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Playtech Limited (LSE:PTEC), announces that as at 31 August 2013, the Company's total issued share capital is 292,586,857 ordinary shares of no par value.

The above figure of 292,586,857 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules or the Company's articles of association.
