Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Paragraph 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Mulberry Group plc ("Mulberry" or the "Company") would like to notify the market of the following:

The issued share capital of the Company consists of 59,841,244 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").  No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Mulberry is 59,841,244.

The figure of 59,841,244 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
