DLG was notified today that on 27 August 2013 the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') purchased ordinary shares in DLG ('Shares'), and were allocated one ordinary share for every two shares purchased free of charge ('Matching Shares') under the BAYE. This was a non-discretionary transaction.

The BAYE is an HMRC-approved Share Incentive Plan under which qualifying UK employees are able to purchase ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company out of monthly deductions from salary and are allocated Matching Shares as described above.
