Dividend announcement

Playtech (LSE: PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, is pleased to announce the payment of an interim dividend of 7.8 € cents per share, following announcement of its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2013 on 29 August 2013.

The dividend will be payable on 28 October 2013 to those shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 25 September 2013.  For any shareholders who elect to receive their dividends in sterling the conversion exchange rate from Euros will be set on 8 October 2013 and currency election forms should be returned by 4 October 2013.
